Qaseh is a collection where modern
meets classic. The designs are inspired
by Songket’s shape and colors. Dark
colors also plays a role in this collection.
This collection is basically emphasizing on
the importance of preserving culture/
traditional wear.
For my collection, as in color wise
I choose dark colors to symbolize
Songket tradition because like the people said
“the darker the colour, the better” . I designed my silhouette more into modern
look as in more appealing but still has the
Songket touch in it.
